Project requirements
IBO-volunteers can be engaged in projects:

• That are in the field of housing and of which the social necessity is obvious;
  
  
• Of which is clear that they can’t be realised otherwise, or only with great delay or difficulties (financial necessity);
  
  
• That are - in case of new initiatives - likely to succeed (budget);
  
  
• Of which the kind and amount of work are suitable for an engagement of volunteers.
  

When all parties agree with the organisation of 1 or more projects, a list of work to do is made up and dates and number of volunteers can be determined. Project- and IBO-responsible look for a modest accommodation for the volunteers. The project-responsible makes sure that the necessary tools and materials are available in time.
